Building capacity
I offer workshops and training for teams, from Eco-anxiety and resilience training (with variations for other issues). They'll learn skills and practices to help them move forward.
A Climate Circle is a place to share eco-emotions, based on tried and tested models. We can feel like no-one wants to talk about the challenges sometimes.
Bringing teams together helps them feel seen and heard. They show more empathy for their colleagues as their struggles reflect their own. Outside the office, we connect on a more human level.

I've been an active member of the Brussels environment community for over 25 years. I started out as an environment journalist then ran my own sustainability consultancy.
As a CEO and leader, I understand the challenges your teams face. I have worked with teams across the globe, spoken at international conferences and built great teams.
Today as a coach and trainer, I support environmental organisations and people making change in the world.

Is it only for environmental teams?
Not at all. If you want to provide original teambuilding events and support to your teams, let's talk. Everyone can benefit from this support.
Where do you offer team support?
The primary locations are Brussels and Flanders. Other locations are possible, please reach out to discuss. In Brussels, we work from PEOPLE PLANET PLACE in Ixelles. Online is also an option.
We don't want people to think we're sending them for therapy.
I get it, that would be inappropriate! We're not doing therapy and I'm not a therapist. We're providing supportive spaces for them to process the realities of working on challenging issues. And fun, relaxing teambuilding activities to bring them together and provide some relief.
How much does team support cost?
It depends on multiple factors so let's have a call or a coffee to talk about your needs. To give you an idea, a 3-hour Eco-anxiety and resilience training including a Climate Circle costs €3,000. Climate Circles are from €1,000 for a 1.5 hour session. Packages are available for multiple sessions as ideally we would offer a programme of regular Climate Circles. Half/full-day sessions and specific team interventions are tailored to your needs.
Why should we offer team support?
It's part of your prevention plan to support the health and wellbeing of your colleagues. This work is not easy and together we can support them.
Can I also get 1:1 coaching for my team?
Both team coaching and 1:1 coaching are available. Reach out to learn more.
Do your team members need personalised support? Many organisations work with me to provide 1:1 coaching sessions for their staff.
You want your teams to function well and for the people in them to be well. It's not always easy to balance the two. They've been told there's something they need to change or work on. Coaching can help.
I support people 1:1 with issues like stress, burnout, loss of meaning and motivation, feeling disillusioned at the slow pace of change, feeling like they don't have enough impact and when they're not sure about their next steps.
