Finding solid ground.
I don't have all the answers but I'll help you find yours. I trust in our innate capacity to figure things out and find creative ways to move forward.
I don't think there's only one right way for any of us. And while there are universal needs like dignity and belonging, I don't believe there's only one truth. Life has shown me the possibilities are infinite.
I'm in it with you as you work things out - your next steps, what you want from life, the impact you want to have. I believe in your resilience and your aliveness and help you see them when you can't.
I'm committed to this work as it feels needed now more than ever. Is that something we could do together?
My old life.
I moved to Brussels when I was 23. After a few years, my background as an EU environment and energy journalist led me to communications and media relations. I set up my own sustainability communications firm in 2008.
I wanted to build an anti-greenwash firm and set a new standard for credible communications. We did that, working in Brussels and globally for start-ups, corporates, investors and non-profits. I became a passionate speaker and advocate for responsible business as the way to drive change.
By the time I turned 40 and despite having a great team and wonderful clients, I found the slow pace of change frustrating. So in 2017, I took a one-year sabbatical, winning a Conscious Business Leader award on my return.
During my sabbatical, I dug deeper into my own soul and psyche and I wanted to understand the human side of sustainability better. Why we weren't making the changes we needed to make as a society?
I became interested in systems and working with people as well as companies. I started to learn about the impacts of trauma on individuals and the collective. I began to slowly scale my consultancy back and start training so I could focus on supporting people in a more personal capacity.
If you're curious about how the human dimension can increase your impact, let's talk.

My new life.
Today you will find me living on the edge of the woods with my dog Bertie and my Flemish partner.
Setting up a coaching and ecotherapy practice in 2020 was the logical next step for me for me to bring my whole toolbox - from journalism and sustainable business to coaching, Ecopsychology and more - to support brave humans who are finding their own way to show up for change - in their lives and in the world.
This life feels like a natural progression. I'm fascinated by how our stories and experiences shape us and by the limitations and conditioning that hold us back.
My approach weaves together many disciplines and teachers. As a coach, I'm trauma-informed and climate-aware. I bring a deep connection to nature and work therapeutically with nature and the arts.
Never one to fit into a specific box, I've developed my own approach to working with individuals and teams. I see that this approach works and that deepens my commitment to doing this work at this time.
If you're looking for support, I'm here.
Deepening my learning.
