A WALK IN THE WOODS  

BUILDING CONNECTION WITH OURSELVES, OTHERS AND THE WORLD AROUND US.

 

A Walk in the Woods is an outdoor coaching experience, a moment of calm and reflection to help you find meaning, clarity and avoid burnout. 

The woods provide a safe space for reflection and sharing and for some people, being outdoors can feel less intense and more connected than being on a video coaching session. Yet coaching in nature can go just as deep. 

 

We choose what we leave behind and what we take home with us. The bilateral (left-right-left-right) motion of walking is proven to calm our nervous system and having a mindful connection to nature is healing.

 

How does it work?

Some people do a mix of outdoor coaching and video coaching. Others choose to include some Forest Mind practices in their outdoor coaching session. It helps if you're local but if you're not, I can provide guidance and outdoor practices for you to try in between our video coaching sessions.

 

We can do a single walk to get you unstuck on a particular thing or a few walks to talk through your options. As a coach, my goal is to help you move forward so I tailor my approach to your needs. 

During COVID times in Belgium, we are still able to do 1:1 outdoor coaching, provided the 1.5 metre distance is respected.
