About the Event
A Wildly Creative Day Retreat is a gift to ourselves, to take the time to slow down, get closer to nature and enjoy creating intuitively using a range of materials.
Throughout the day, Kathryn will guide you through a range of nature and creativity practices, drawing on her experience with expressive arts therapy, mindful creativity, nature connection and forest bathing practices. There will also be reflective time to help you slow down in nature.
Location
Wildly Creative takes place at Kathryn's place in Bertembos where we will be inside and outside. There is parking at the top of the street and if you are coming to Bertem by bus or train, we can arrange a lift back to the bus stop or train station at the end of the day if needed.
