Taking the space you need - an embodied workshop with Susanne Bentley

This 2.5 hour workshop will give you an embodied introduction into how to change behaviours that are not serving you for ones that will and give you clear tools to help you stick with your decisions. We will be working with embodied postures to bring clarity to our priorities and firmness to our boundaries.

Susanne Bentley is a contemporary dancer, teacher and coach (life, movement, artistic). With a background in Creative Consciousness and Embodiment Coaching, she brings all her skills in movement, coaching and facilitation to this workshop.

The workshop will be held in the Studio at PEOPLE PLANET PLACE, a large open space ideal for movement practice. Tea and water will be provided, as well as yoga mats. 

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. The workshop will take place barefoot or in socks. You may like to bring a pen and notebook.
