About the Event
Vibrational sound artist Claudio/Nirmal Karam will guide us through a soundbath, starting with an introduction to the practice, some gentle breathing and movement and then using gongs, crystal bowls and other instruments guide us through a deep relaxation practice with sound.
You are welcome to stay for a tea and share your experience after the soundbath. Or feel free to leave in silence and allow the experience to settle.
We provide a Pilates mat for you to lie on. You may like to bring a warm blanket as the body's temperature drops during deep relaxation. If you would like a cushion or pillow, please bring one. You may like some warm socks.
This is a beautiful, nourishing practice guided by Claudio in collaboration with Kathryn Sheridan at PEOPLE PLANET PLACE.
