About the Event
Join us on the longest day of the year for a beautiful day of nature connection and creativity in the rural village of Bertem, outside Brussels (near Leuven). Give yourself the gift of time and space to step away from your everyday activities and into a nourishing, fun, relaxing space.
Throughout the day, Kathryn will guide you through a range of nature and creativity practices, drawing on her experience with expressive arts therapy, mindful creativity, nature connection and forest bathing practices. There will also be reflective time to help you slow down in nature. We will end around the campfire 🔥 to celebrate the longest day.
Location
Weather permitting, we will start with some gentle nature connection in the Koeheide nature reserve (exact location to be provided nearer the time) in Bertem then move to Kathryn's place in Bertembos. It's an easy 5-minute drive between the two places and we…
