What needs to change in the world for thriving to be normal?
This 2.5 hour pay-what-you-can guided creative session will help you to explore these themes creatively and in sharing with the group. We will create together in a group of maximum 8 people.
Starting with a short centering practice, we will move into creatively responding to prompts around our relationship to thriving using a range of art materials. We will have opportunities to share what we have discovered in our creative exploration. Sharing is optional and you do not need to share each time.
No prior experience is needed. Materials and instruction are included, as well as a drink and snack.
This workshop is supportive and therapeutic in nature but should not be seen as therapy or group coaching.
For this workshop, we are offering a 'pay what you can' scale. We appreciate your support of our activities and the energy we put into our work. Please pay what is accessible to you.
