About the Event

Why breathwork? Studies have shown that breathwork can help reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, insomnia, post-traumatic stress syndrome and ADD.

It is not just the biological impact that is powerful. Breathwork is the quickest way to change the state of our being and point of view at any moment. Adopting the practice connects us with our innate wisdom and brings greater awareness to ourselves, our life and the decisions we make which then lead to overall wellbeing and happiness.

The breath is also free and available to us whenever we need to create harmony and peace.

How does conscious connected breath work? By focusing on our breath, we not only restore our brain, but we also nourish our whole body even parts that do not receive enough oxygen in a normal state of consciousness and we can release locked in energies caused by any kind of stress and it is not uncommon to have spiritual experiences.

Practical information:

Breathwork is not recommended if you have bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or epilepsy. If you have any questions about if breathwork is suitable for you, contact Monika before booking.

We suggest only having a light breakfast before the session. Bring a water bottle and wear warm, comfortable clothes. We provide a mat, cushion and light blanket. Feel free to bring your own heavy blanket if you need one.

The breathwork finishes at 11:30. We have extended the session to 11:45 so we can have some tea at the end.
