About the Event
The Collage Collective (also known as Collage and Crumble!) is a 2-hour session to explore your creativity through collage. It's the ultimate low-cortisol afterwork activity to get you out of your thinking mind and into a more intuitive, relaxed state.
Kathryn guides the space following the Messy Creativity approach she developed to help people reawaken their creativity and give their nervous systems a break.
Messy Creativity is a joyful exploration of materials and media that encourages us to express ourselves in a non-verbal way. This approach to creative exploration helps break down barriers around perfectionism and attachment to set outcomes.
It challenges linear thinking and builds flexibility and self-trust. There is no "right way" to do it and you can't get it "wrong". We gently challenge ourselves to explore and create and see how it feels to us.
