About the Event
Join us for a listening circle on climate and eco-anxiety, guided by trauma-informed coach and ecotherapist Kathryn Sheridan.
This is a calm, gentle space to share our emotions and feelings about the Climate and Ecological Emergency, not a space for practical solutions or policy discussions. It should not be seen as group coaching or therapy.
We are not meeting to 'fix' anything but to listen and connect with each other as we move through this challenging time for humanity and the natural world.
What to expect
You will be invited to share what you are struggling with and to practice deep listening and compassion as others share. Then if you wish, you can share what comes up for you in response to what other people have shared.
