I’m inspired by possibility and believe that together we can make things better.

As a changemaker,  it’s not always easy to be the change you want to see in the world. We can get in our own way or come up against external barriers. Our dedication to making change can take over our lives, putting a strain on our health and relationships. Trauma and habitual behaviours can trip us up. I coach leaders and changemakers to help them create the life and impact they want.

My work as a coach is founded in a deep understanding of how hard and lonely it can be to make change. I've spent over 20 years in Brussels, running my own consultancy - working globally with sustainability-focussed businesses, from start-ups to huge multinationals. I came to coaching as a way to go deeper and help people have an  impact in the world without it taking so much from them personally.

I believe that as businesses and individuals, we cannot waste the opportunity we have to make change. Change is urgently needed on many fronts - from the climate emergency and environmental destruction to racial and social injustice, as well as finding new ways to operate in a system that at times seems so broken.

Coaching changemakers

As a trauma-informed* coach, I support people from all walks of life to move forward in their lives and in the world. If you are in a position to make change in a business, organisation or community, then having a coach who aligns with your values will help you to move forward without burning out. Because the work we have to do in the world right now is tough. I know it's hard to keep showing up. I see you as an individual, not as a cog in the machine.

I believe that with the right leadership, business can and must be part of the solution. That’s why we need resilient changemakers who bring their whole selves to work and show up with integrity.

*I coach all kinds of  people, not only leaders and not only those who identify as dealing with trauma. Think of my trauma-informed lens as permission - permission to be yourself without censorship.

Getting out of your own way

I trust in my ability as a coach to help you find your own answers. This is much more powerful than being told what to do. Think about all the times you've been told what to do by a parent or partner. All the courses you've followed and talks you've watched.

What my clients say:

"Your ability to hold space is a real superpower"

"Your questions and insights help me see things differently and keep coming back to me for weeks after"

"It's always enjoyable to be coached by you"

Did they give you the answers? The real answers? They may help us on our way but getting to the core of what matters is an inside job. You know what's right for you. I will help you get to it. As a coach, I help you find your own answers.

While you do your personal work, I hold a safe space to help you move forward. I am empathic and intuitive. I ask the right questions. My questions and insights will help move you past blocks and barriers, while fully supporting you as a whole person. I believe that we all know deep down what’s right for us. We just need to learn to listen.

Between you and me

Being a changemaker and trying to make a difference can feel like a heavy burden at times. This is a critical moment in history. It is a privilege to have this opportunity at a time that matters so much to future generations. That’s the reward and I believe it's worth it.
